 It is dark in the room, I am trying to sleep. He comes in. I freeze. I never bring it up, why I could not sleep that night. I recall, then I freeze. The vivid memories climb upwards from the depth to take a breath, then dive back. They don't give up until they clamber up on the sides of the iceberg to reach the tip. I feel you. But now, I do something.
